Directions:
From the North, take the A39 towards Wadebridge and at the roundabout 1 mile from town, take the B3314 marked town centre, Rock and Polzeath. At the mini roundabout turn right towards Rock and Polzeath. After about 3.5 miles turn left at a cross roads to St Minver. Pass the Fourways Inn and church on your left and the parking area is 200 meters on your right. The house is accessed via a path through the hedge on your right.
Alternatively approach St Minver through Delabole and St Endellion and then bear right into St Minver turning right at The Fourways Inn.
From the south: Take the A39 cross the Estuary bridge bypassing Wadebridge Town centre and at the first roundabout after the bridge take the last exit and follow instructions as above.
Rates:
Low season: £500 per week
Mid season : £650 per week
High season: £1200 per week
Weekend and mid week stays possible. Please contact us direct.
Supply of bed linen and towels: £30 -£55 depending on occupancy
